The Salami Technique is a type of computer or financial fraud where small amounts of money are siphoned off from many transactions or accounts. These amounts are often so minor that they go unnoticed individually but accumulate into significant sums when aggregated. It’s often associated with insider fraud and manipulation of accounting or financial systems.
Manipulation technique (A) is a general term.
Auction planning (B) and Hostile applets (D) are unrelated concepts.
