When there is an LSP breakage during the testing of MPLS OAM ping capabilities, the ingress MPLS router does not receive any reply because MPLS OAM ping is used to verify connectivity over Label Switched Paths (LSPs), and if an LSP is broken, the echo request will not reach the egress router, resulting in no echo reply being sent back.
